Hello Tonkin,
See my comments for WEYMOUTH. If you contact the OPC for St. Buryan, via the OPC webpage http://www.cornwall-opc.org/ you will also find that she has a World Wide One Name Study for MADDERN and that this John MADDERN belongs to one of her family lines.
