Margaret Moore Daughter of Charles Moore a Church of England Missionary Margaret Mccloskey

Great-grandnan Margaret Moore, who's death certificate says born in Belfast, Ireland. No amount of searching has found where she was born - maybe because McCloskey was spelt a different way. She travelled to Australia on KATE in 1855 and married William Farrington in 1860 at Sofala, NSW.
Does anyone have knowledge of above people. Were there siblings?
