Many thanks always wondered.Mary Wilson nee Byrne was raised by her aunt and uncle after the death of her mother until her father Richard Byrne remarried Elizabeth Partington. Mary then became step sister to 9 or ten more brothers and sisters. Amazing that I now have more aunts uncles and cousins that I have not met.Will check further for documents.
