Ernest Thomas Bailey was born in Adelaide in 1869 and died on 23 February 1945 at his home 5 Dunraven Avenue, Toorak. Funeral was held on 25 February 1945 at Springvale Crematorium. He was a Methodist. He grew up in Adelaide attended Prince Alfred College. Spent his life working for the Commercial Bank and was retired Chief Inspector of Branches, of the Commercial Bank of Australia Limited, when he died. a position he held for seven years before retiring, from 1 January 1928.
Alice Gertrude died on the 22 May 1952 at the Dunraven Avenue house.
Besides son Ernest Clive (known as Clive) there was one other son Kenneth.

Archibald Bell died at a private hospital in Malvern Victoria on the 26 March 1943.
His wife Amy Bell, nee Munro died at a Private hospital in Elsternwick, Victoria on the 16 August 1948. she was 87
Their children were Stanley (N.Z), Edith (Mrs. Syd. Exton) and Ada Florence.(Mrs.Fred Anderson).

Mr. Syd. Exton to Mrs. McBride.

The marriage of Mr. Syd. Exton. the popular tenor of the Famous Diggers Company, to Mrs. McBride took place
at the Memorial Church, Hobart, Tasmania, on Tuesday afternoon, May 10. Rev. Barnard Cockett officiated. Miss Ada Bell, the bride's sister, was bridesmaid,
and Mr. Roy Simpson was groomsman. Mr. Will Crawford, the comedian of the company, gave the bride away. The church was beautifully decorated, and Mr. James Marsh played the Wedding March. In the
evening when Mr. Exton came on to the stage to give his turn at the Temperance Hall (for the company are
playing to packed houses there), he was the recipient of many congratulations and floral tributes, and with his sparkling smile bowed his acknowledgment. After the performance wedding supper was served at the Imperial.
The menus were quaint souvenirs of the gathering, being original pen sketches by Mr. Pat Hanna, the com
pany's clever, caricaturist. As Mr. Exton is a New Zealander, the centre piece was a map of Tasmania, with a kiwi (New Zealand's bird)

Allan James McBride was educated at Wesley College and before enlisting worked as an officer in the State Savings Bank. His death by Bronchial Pneumonia. At the time of his death his wife was living at 21 Boundary road, Surrey Hills, Victoria and his father was living at 300 Church-street Richmond, Victoria.

This appears be the second husband of Edith Frances MCBRIDE nee BELL married 1921 to Syd. EXTON in Tasmania.
