Milligan Sarah Son Seaborn Jones Milligan
I am looking for any information on Seaborn Jones Milligan. Last known to be in Griffin Georgia and prior to that Wilkes County Ga. His Mother was possibly Sarah Milligan. My quest stops with her will naming his guardian, so he must've been young when she passed. Seaborn Jones Milligan went on to Marry Mary Ann Callaway.
