Mulligan Owen Margaret Lawrence Julia Margaret from Longford Ireland 1849

Hi, I am stuck at the referenced arrival in 1849 of the Mulligan family. I believe they went to NewFoundland then to Ellenville, New York. Owen died shortly after arrival leaving his wife Margaret and three children. So where in Longford did he come from? Who were his parents? Stuck
