My Piatt History

My father was born in 1940 to Elmer J. PIATT and Sylvia Faye PIATT(WATKINS). In Glenwood Missouri.
Elmer John PIATT was born in 1894 to Chas. E. PIATT and Armiinta S in Moulton Iowa.
Chas. E. PYATT was born on September 24, 1869 to William James (names may be switched) and Sarah A Varney/ possibley Alice in Wells Iowa.
William James PIATT was born in 1845 in Indiana. He married Sarah/Alice in Mahaska Iowa in 1864.

This is all that I have been able to trace down.
