Newtons from Leistershire

Trying to find information on a Ted ans Connie Newton who migrated to Australia early 1950s They were related to my wifes family and visited whilst out here in Australia. They attende our wedding in 1956. We then lost track of them and they returned to England possibly early 1960s. Whilst in Australia they lived at Emerald in Victoria.Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You may not be able to get any offical records ( BDM )as the restriction of 100 years from daily date applies - from 1950 --> 2050

Leistershire - Surname only -newton --- over 1,000+ entries. You may be able to sort an ancester out and follow it thro to our nearest date . Or you could look in the british census records
