I am searching any information about my grandfather John O. Owen, when he was in Wales. He was born in Bwlch Coch Canol, Bontddu, Meirionyddshire, Wales on Dec. 24, 1863. Later the family moved to Caegoronwy, Bontddu, Merioneth, Wales. He then went to the USA in 1906 to see two of his brothers in Red Oak, Iowa. The brothers names were David and Evan J.. He then came to Canada and bought a farm. He married my grandmother, Mary Ann Lloyd in 1916. He was one of fourteen, I think.
