Palmers of Kent

My ancestral Palmers came to Ireland with William of Orange, apparently they were the PALMERS FROM KENT, I would like to find out more about them. I would also like to know what position these Palmers held with William of Orange. His subsequent family stayed in Ireland in the Waterford/Wexford area. I have gone back as far as 1768, Henry Palmer and his son John Rev, Colonial Treasurer and his son Henry Rev, then Avary and my father Geoffrey.
