Parents of Malinda Jane Phipps

Malinda Jane Phipps was born 04 Apr 1869 (in KY I think). She died 23 Jul 1914 in Knox County KY. She was married to Ulysis Byron Campbell 03 Jan 1889 in Jellico, TN. They had several children: Maude, James, George, Nellie, Boyd Robert, Mary, Walter Coy (my father), and Clara Campbell. I have never been able to verify Malinda Jane Phipps' parents and would appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.
