I too are trying to research my roots but have very little to go on.
I was born in Withington hospital 1956
Parents were Eric Parker born 1922/23 and Sylvia Mortimer
They got Married in Salford 1946 and had 4 children, all boys.
They were Kenneth Roy, Richard, Myself and Geoffrey in that order all have the Parker surname.
Eric Parker died 1965, Mother remarried and died 1976. Her marriage name was Coates at the time of death.
