Parsons IN Alabama USA
Looking for info on Mary Elizabeth Parsons, 1839-1924. Her maiden name was Bell. She married John B. Parsons in 1857. 3 children, Last being born March, 1861. John B died december, 1861 during Civil War.
Records show Mary had two more children,Helen Parsons, born 1867, and Eren Parsons, born 1871. Would like to know who father is.
Hi Montevallo79....I just recently found this web site and am a Parsons. I live in Pinson, and am a descendant Of Joseph Garrett Parsons Sr., William Parsons, Dr. Sam, T. M. and Felix. I saw your post and although it was some time ago I thought I would still respond. I have John B b. 1827 and died in 1863 in Arkansas. He served in Company A, 50th Arkansas Militia during Civil War. He married Elizabeth Espy James 10 Jan. 1850. I do not have her maiden name as "Bell". I show three children. Elizabeth died 22 Feb 1908 in Holland, Faulkner County, Arkansas. She is buried in Oakland Cemetery. Im not sure if this Oakland Cemetery is the old one in Bham, Al. or if there is an Oakland Cemetery in Arkansas.
