Phillips and Feely from County Sligo Tubbercurry town land Cully

Journal by jbearce

My grandmother was Bridget Phillips botn 21 September 1874 to James Phillips and Bridget Feely Phillips of County Sligo, Sligo South, Tubbercurry, Achonry, Cully.

In 1901 her father James Phillips was 78, mother Bridget Feely Phillips was 60, and a son Patrick age 32, James age 28 and Ellen age 19 were still living at home.

Bridget and at least one sister Mary left Ireland and lived in Brookline Massachusetts. Bridget married Thomas Kane.

Please contact me with any information that you have on the Phillips or Feely family.

Hi Kevin,

There are more Phillips from Cully Sligo then I ever thought there would be. I have not been able to find any thing more than what I knew about my Grandmother's family. Good luck with your search. I was very successful in researching my Grandfather's family Keane from Gallway.
