I coul not find Harry Roger Ransom after 1881 in census. Assuming the birth reg is your Harry the only way you will find his parents names is to purchase the birth cert.

This looks like the family of Harry in the marriage above. I would still get Birth cert before trying to go farther back. I cannot find a death for Nathan before 1881.
