I am sticking my neck out here , and it could easily be chopped off by being completely wrong. Here are the reasons I think this is
" Bartholomew Doherty " and I could not find his wife's records
.I have not been able to prove these two ( 2 ) records(100 % ) because of that as you will see her surname is missing
Reasons -as follows - from the census you gave I found his birthdate
( a ) He was born on the 6th March 1878 ( if you don't have it)
( b ) Barthoolomew , given name is in general a rare given Name in
Ireland . I could only find ( 3 ) of them in Kerry & all
Ireland
( c ) his parents were on the birth listing ( see below = List_ ( 1 )
( d ) his marriage was one of only three with his full name ,
( e ) In case you don't know " Kanturk " is in the , County of Cork,
which is the eastern neighbour of the county of " Kerry "
( f ) His spouse's name is not on the marriage details found
( g ) this record once again was one of only three ( 3 )given and the
only one with his parents name

I hope this assists you and would like to know what you think . Remember it is only ( 90 % ) proven
