Most of the Pipers I have researched came from Iddesleigh, then moving to Dowland and surrounding villages and a branch moving to Brixham.

I have managed to get back to John Piper born circa 1778 married to Elizabeth Brook at Iddesleigh.

My wife is a Piper in Brixham DOB 1960
Haven't got much info as they're a secretive lot....
