Researching the family of EDWIN HINGSTON and MARGARET BYRNES, married 1855, Warrnambool, Australia

Journal by Annie1

I am descended from Edwin and Margaret's second son Charles Edwin HINGSTON who married Sarah Ann BELLAIRS. Edwin was probably born in Stoke Gabriel, Devon c.1833 and drowned at a sawmill on Black's River, Panmure in 1870. I have not been able to establish when or how he arrived in Australia but his Marriage Cert states that he'd been in the Colony for 2 years, which would put his year of arrival at 1853.
Margaret BYRNES (or BURNS) came from Cashell, Tipperary, Ireland but I have not established her arrival details, either. After the death of Edwin, Margaret married a Jacob WORMALD, but died tragically not long after.
