Minihan or Minihane is one of my primary research surnames. I have been researching this surname for about 7 years - my great grandmother was Catherine Minihane from Ballyally, Skibbereen in southwest County Cork. The name originates in southwest County Cork, Ireland and is a "sept" of O'Driscoll - meaning a branch.

I have two Minihan families that emigrated to Australia - one lived in NSW, and one in Perth, I believe.

Please contact me at barbwalsh49@gmail.com to see if we can make Minihan connections.
