Robert Howe Married Emily Bulmer

Does anybody have information about Robert HOWE.....My great grandfather...believed to be from Galshiels Scotland...but I suspect actually from County Durham. He was born sometime around 1870 -1875....and had a daughter - Margaret Groves nee HOWE born 1903 (my grandmother) with Emily Bulmer from County Durham...
Any information would be useful...got a bit of a block on ROBERT HOWE......otherwise my GROVES family tree is doing well.
