my dads name was george william rose born july 23 1914 he spent the first 10 yrs or so living in harbor grace newfoundland. he had a brother charles rose, my dad and his brother moved to victoria village carbonear,shortly after the death of their young mother, they were raised by their grandmother susan or sussannah pye. later george william rose married my mother mollie (collins) rose and they moved to cox's cove nfld. where they are now both buried in the pentescostal cemetry. i am looking for info on my dad.. i don't know if you and i are destantly related or not but i do wish you all the best with your search . you never know miracles can happen for the both of us... sincerely mary josephine rose cambridge ontario canada.
