I have found Minnie Elizabeth Blacksell on The Ryerson Index Death Notice 19 September 1966 Age 80 late of Barmedman publication, Sydney Morning Herald, published 21 September 1966
Ivé looked up Woronora Cemetary for Blacksell without any luck. Rookwood Cemetery Search isn't working at the moment. You could try The Northern Suburbs Cemetery but I think it goes under another name now.

Ivé found a Kenneth Roy (Bootlace)Blacksell on The Ryerson Index Death Notice 4th January 2004, late of Naracoorte, published in th Naracoorte Herald 15 January 2004.
Naracoorte Cemetery has a few folk with the same sirname in it on the Internet.
I know it might not be the fellow you are after but it could be part of the family.

Do you have his parent's names, his sirname might be mispelt on the Death Registration.
My Uncles parents were Minnie Elizabeth Blacksell and George Ernest Blacksell I think everyone with the BlACKSELL surname are all related in one way or the other
