Russell, Sara Ann, Vic and WA Australia

Query by SharleeHarley

I am looking for the parents of Sara Ann Russell. She was born in 1877 possibly in Victoria Australia. She married Martin Duschka on the 16th January 1901. She is the mother of Carl Martin, Travice Russell, Norman B. who died young, Herminia and Olga. She died in 1954 in Perth Western Australia. Sara has two sisters that I can find, Edith Mary Walters (Russell)who was married to Arthur Ferdinand Walters (their son, Allan Leslie Walters became Air Vice Marshall RAAF)and Minnie Davies (Russell) who lived in Dover in Tasmania. Sara also had a brother who was injured during WW1.

Thank you, I have been unable to find any clues as to where to look.

There was a Sarah Ann RUSSELL born 1877 in Romsey, Victoria, to parents
John RUSSELL and Mary BURTON.

The marriage index gave Sarah's birth place as Victoria.

Just had a look at the WA deaths. Died age 77 years with parents named as
John and Mary. There is a good chance the Sarah born in Romsey in 1877 will
be your Sarah.
