Ryan of Tipperary 1800 S

Hi everyone I have just joined familytreecircles and am looking forward to chatting with like minded people and hopefully find some of my ancestors.
I have been researching my family tree for over 20 years but mostly concentrated on my dads side of the family which originate from Norwich, Norfolk, England and I have been quite successful.
I am know researching my mums family who originate from Dublin and Tipperary in Southern Ireland. Could anyone tell me how I can trace the births of my grandparents children?
My grandparents were Timothy Ryan and Bridget Mullally, I have found their first 4 children in the baptism registers for 'Roscrea' but they only go up to 1880. I found their three oldest children on the 1911 census which also states they had 12 children, so between 1881 and 1889 they had five children.
Any ideas/help would be very helpful - thank you in advance
