Searching for Douglas Wayne Pennington B Abt 1948 NC OR AL

Son of Glover Franklin Pennington, Jr 1924 AL-1968AL and Ernestine Louise Foster 1929 AL-?. They married in Tishomingo, Mississippi May 29 1949 the 1st time they married and then again in Asheville , NC on July 19, 1949. Glover had to divorce his first wife, Elizabeth Crittenden, then remarry Ernestine Foster, they had Douglas by that time. They lived in Asheville, NC from 1949-1951. Glover abandoned his wife and child Douglas in 1951 and moved back to Alabama, he was put in Prison, I don not think Ernestine knew this fact.....trying to find Douglas my 1/2 brother, any information would be greatly appreciated.
