Searching for Family of Fredrick Wilson Patterson 1969 1991

I am searching for information regarding my father, Fredrick Wilson Patterson born in Australia, 1961, and died in Australia, 1991. I was just a toddler when he passed away and was put into foster care in 1998. I believe his brother was Jamie Foulstone, and his mother was Margurite Patterson, who passed in 1996? I only have his birth and death certificates and three photos of him, I would love if anybody knew of him or is related to him to please message me!
