Searching for Grandmother OR Any Other Family Members

hello,my name is jillian and my father was adopted from castlepollard, Ireland. i have very limited amount on information on biological mother. Her name is Anastacia Furlong and should be in her 70's. please help me find my roots! not one day goes by that i dont think about what my family looks like and if i have anyone out there that looks like me other then my father. so if you have any helping info taht would be great!!thanks so much
