Searching for My Birth Father Philip Carter Who I Hope Him OR His Family Want to Be Found

Im Modina C.Chamblin, born to Philip carter and my mother beverly(tootie)chamblin. They were engaged but it was called off because my mother was scared to move out of state, she was 17 when I was born Feb. 2, 1962. I was told because of them both being stubborn about child-support, I never got to know my father , my grand parents are or were Art & Eva Carter. My mom says that my grandmother had a twin sister that married my grandfathers brother.. She couldn't remember my uncles name or his wifes, but said that before they moved to Oklahoma from Madera ,Ca the two (uncle and wife) looked in on us. I have been looking for so long . I can't afford to pay monthly fee for a glimpse at any records so the internet is my only means.
