Searching for Regin R Fralick

Regin R. Fralick is my GGG-Grandfather, he was born in South Carolina in 1797-1897. He lived to be a 100 years old. I am trying to locate the names of his parents, and his siblings.
If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
