Searching for Sam Hibbert Born 1859 IN Sutton IN Ashfield

I know that Sam was living with his Parents (Robert and Ann) in 1881 but can only find a Sam died in Worksop in 1885. I cannot find him in 1891 census (his siblings are living with their widowed mother Sutton In A in 1891).
