Seeking Any Hammond IN Lincoln Niagara Area Yvette

I have a John Hammond from England who was in the army at one time. He married a Mary Ann ??? They had a daughter born in London England in 1825. The mother must have passed on as John brought his daughter to New York and then they went to Lincoln. His daughter, also called Mary Ann, married a William Butcher in Chippawa. John lived a lengthy life.
