Seeking Help During Trip to Quebec
Have researched Gendreau to Pierre Gendreau dit LaPoussie (1663-1673)in Quebec and then to Georges (1602-1663) and Pierre Gendreau (abt 1570-1608) both in France. Thinking of visiting Quebec, for first time, to find graves, homesteads, missing vital records, etc. and would like to find a guide to make the visit more efficient.
Pay my fare from Australia and throw in a little side trip to L'Orpailleur Winery and I'm in.
Seriously, I don't mean to sound like spam but contact tours by locals Their guides are all multi- lingual and if you know where you're going they'd know the best person to get you there. Also Vital Records in Quebec have a notice board with a lot of tour guides' names and numbers.
