Seeking Help with My Quirk E Family Ancestors

I have not been able to accurately trace my Quirk(e) family tree in Ireland beyond:

My paternal great x 3 grandfather, Thomas Quirke, was b.1808 in Carrick-on-Suir and d.1886 in the Lunatic Asylum Clonmel.

My maternal great x 3 grandmother, Anastasia Quirk was b. 1811 in Spa near Clonmel and d.1893 in Adelaide, South Australia.
