Does the death certificate of the son William (1909-1977), mention his father's death place/date

Hi janilye, Thank you for your comments re- William Lockland. My father William Lockland was born in Carlton Vic in March 1908. According to Birth Cert, he was named William Locklin. perhaps a spelling error? Cert No 3870. His father not present.
My fathers name changed on electrol rolls in 1910 in Rainbow Vic. His mother Clara Lockland born Clara Millicent Venn 1878 in Bordertown W.A.
Clara claimed to have married William Lockland senior in Adelaide in 1906. After lengthy searching no evidence found. Clara Lockland mothered five children, and lived in four different towns in Vic 1910-1939. My father claims he never new of his father. On Electrol Rolls there is never mention of a husband from 1908-1939.
The family name Lockland is often shown on research documents as Lochland, Lochlan, locklan, perhaps recorded as it was pronounced.

I would welcome any information you may have or suggestions Cheers Les
