Seeking Information on James B Turner and His Life and Residency IN the Fiji Islands

I remember growing up as a little girl in Fiji, that I looked different and was treated differently. I had been cross examined by my primary school principal about being of white descent, but fathomed the significance of this point until later in life, during my undergraduate studies at the University of Victoria, British Columbia. What I am highly curious about is the connection between my maternal Great Grandmother and Mr. James B Turner, during the time she had been employed as a 'housemaid' in his residence.
I note the phenotypical traits but highly curious about the genotypical traits??

Hello,

There is a recorded marriage for JAMES BARR TAYLOR to MARIA BARKER on Feb 21, 1888 at the Holy Trinity Church in Suva, Fiji. Please message me privately for a copy of the extract and an image of James Taylor.

Kind Regards.
