Seeking parents of James Thomas Mutlow HODGES

James Thomas Mutlow HODGES was born 1791 and christened 7 Oct 1791 in Kington, Herefordshire, England. His parents were recorded as Thomas HODGES and Margaret.

I am trying to find records of his parents, in particular their marriage and James' mother's maiden name.

James married an Elizabeth bet 1809 and 1811 either in Herefordshire or in London. James and Elizabeth had moved to London by 1811 where they had their 1st child Elizabeth HODGES born 16 Sep 1811 at Stepney, London. The other children were Thomas (1814), Samuel (1815), John (1816), Mary Ann (1818), Henry (1824), Richard George (1828), and Emma (1833).
