This might be Lewis's family but I cannot find his birth to back it up.

Thank you. I didn't look in the Columbus area when I was searching census records. That may be the missing link to following Lewis' family. The only person not in this family list is a sister named "Mattie." Family stories refer to her, but I've never heard about other siblings.
