Shortridge Family from Troqueer Kirkcudbrightshire Scotland

John Shortridge (b.1778 d.1857) married Mary Mason (b.1781 d. 1843) in January 1802. They had 11 children; James 1802, Agnes 1803, Jean 1805, Robert 1806, Samuel 1808, John 1810, Catherine 1812, William 1813, Jean 1815, Mary 1818 & Thomas 1820.
John (1810) married Agnes Hill 1839, they had 7 children, John, Mary Jane, Mary 1840, Agnes 1842, Janet 1843, John 1848 & Mary Jane 1851. John & Agnes arrived on the Montgomery in Victoria 1852 with 3 children.
Not sure what happened to Agnes but John re-married in Adelaide to Rebekah Lunn in 1853. They had 8 children; Anthony 1855, Rebecca 1859, John 1861, Anthony 1864, Catherine 1866, Thomas 1868 & Agnes 1871.
