I am trying to find the deaths and burials of my ggparents, George Sim and Jane Sim (nee Johnston/Johnstone). George Sim son of john sim and jean sim was born 1839 in Pitsligo Scotland, George is noted on all census as a ships carpenter.

In 1881 census George was listed as at sea and the family lived at 18 Cellar Boundary Street E
In 1891 the family lived in 38, Zante Street, Kirkdale, Liverpool
in 1901 the family lived in 1901 census Jane Sim 55 living at Kirkdale Jane 55 - noted as widow
In the 1911 census the family lived at 21 Mitylene St, Kirkdale

George died sometime between 1891 - 1901. I found a couple of notices where George was working on various ships as a ships carpenter.

Jane Sim nee Johnston born 1845 Peterhead the daughter of William Johnston and Catherine Yule. Jane died sometime after 1911. I have been unable to find a death for her. I did find a couple of Jane Sims but their birth dates or probate were all wrong.

I found Janes parents deaths (they moved to the same area in Lancashire)Her mother Catherine died in 1887 in Toxteth Park and her father was in the toxteth park workhouse and died in 1901. He wss buried at Toxteth Park but no other family seems to be buried there.
