Stafford S from Kentucky OR West Virginia Around Mingo County
I'm looking for Stafford's around (mingo country) in west virginia.My great granddads name was Boyd Stafford he was born around the mid 1800's.He married Sarah Ann Hatfield.I don't know his parents names or if he had brothers an sisters.I'm trying to find out where or how far my Stafford roots go.Any help would be much appreciated
I remember some Staffords living in Grafton, WV. If you think it will help I will try to remember what I can & let you know.

I don't recognize the names you mentioned, but I'm Joshua Stafford from Mingo Co. and I have traced the Staffords back to around the 1100s. If you belong to the same Staffords as I do you might appreciate the tree I have put together on Ancestry.com.
