Stephens and Mayne of Cornwall

My grandfathers were both born in Cornwall, emigrated to South Africa where I am now.

They were:
Hugh Edgar George Stephens, born Camborne 5 Aug 1873
and
Albert Edward Mayne, born Constantine 28 Mar 1871

I have lots of info on the Maynes, but Stephens history is a bit shaky in places.
