Still Searching IN UK for Lapper Living OR Deceased

I have been searching for my Family name Lapper for many years, but have come to a full stop.Cannot get back any further than 1777 or so.I understand there are a few in Europe but cannot connect with anyone. Also researching Lemon and Lasham, mainly in Hampshire,UK and Bromley from Kent and Clare from Norfolk.
