Stillwagon Killed While Building Road IN Forestville PA

Would anyone know of the STILLWGON that was supposedly run over by a steamroller and they were putting in Route 8 South in the Forestville area?

I've been told repeatedly that it was a relative and would like to find out.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
