I am seeking any information about: Tal Phipps (B: abt 1840 +/- 10 years, possibly in Tennessee or Kentucky) Married to: Celia Wilkerson - they had at least one child, Malinda Jane Phipps (B: ab 1869; D: 1914 in Knox County KY.
