A Thomas Butcher, miner in Western Australia age 36 service No 215 25th Battalion enlisted in 1915 in the 1st Australian Imperial Force (AIF). Thomas was from Otago and his next of kin was his father, Edward Butcher of Dunedin.

I am in the process of writing about him which is what led me to post the list of all found BUTCHER here in he meantime ...
Sadly, he died in 1921, I look forward to his story.
