The Wisconsin Cartters

In 1973, my paternal grandfather, Bruce Lanpher CARTTER, published a book outlining the travels of his grandfather, James Bruce, as he looked for a place to settle and raise a family.

I am in the process of updating that book, first electronically at my Cartter blog, and eventually in print form.

Through perseverance and help from family members and others with information on the Cartter family, I hope to have this project to a point where it can be updated on an annual basis by 2010.

Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated, with the understanding that I am not doing this full time, but in between raising my daughter, spending time with my wife, and starting a business or two.

Shelly - I don't know if I am "missing" any yet, as I am still working on the Cartter line. I will keep you in mind, though - thanks.
