Thomas Williams and Frances Reardon

thomas williams came from brecon uk, came to tasmania and married frances 8/8/1808
we dont know if he was a convict as there were a few thomas wiliams who came out on the ship-calcutta.
have detailed family info on their descendants willing to share, but need more info on thomas and his parents.
