Tinniswood S Calland S and Graham S from Lazonby Cumberland

Can anyone give me information about the TINNISWOOD'S CALLAND'S and GRAHAM'S from LAZONBY Cumberland as it was then in the 17th to 1800s (now Cumbria)

The CALLAND'S and GRAHAM'S (Half brothers/Sister) lived at SCARROWS in LAZONBY.
