Tracing Rockey Descendants from Cornwall Devon

My grandmother was Roda Ellen Rockey from Cornwall or Devon and her sister was Ivy Rockey. I believe Roda was born circa 1893. Roda married William Holman (my grandfather). That is about all I know; anyone out there who can help?
