Tracing the Family of Jepthah Martin of Middlesex CO N J Family from N J to Berkley CO WV to Holt CO Missouri Per 1850 Census

I have this family so far from Middlesex Co., N.J., Jeptha MARTIN 1742 m: Margaret MANNING. Their child Benejah Jepthah Martin, b: 1767 m: Alley WILLIAMSON on Sept 8, 1792 in Berkley Co., WV.
Benejah and Alley's children were: Margarte, Levi, Jacob, Eliza, Nathaniel, David, Mary MARTIN. These children all born in Berkley Co., W. V..
Jacob and David W. MARTIN moved to Iowa for a few years and then both moved to Holt County, Missouri where I found them in the 1850 census. Jacob had two daughters, Medina and Balsaro MARIN. They both m: William Robert THORP.
I have been unable to find Jacob's wifes's maiden name. I think her given name is Mary but not sure of that. Could she have been part Indian as per family ledgen?
Any help would be great.
